BOI is the simplest and fastest way to to privately distribute Out & About video playlists.
All you need to do is upload the videos to VBOT CMS or record new videos using VBOT Recorder app.
You can then create a playlist in VBOT and send your users a unique code associated with this playlist. They can then enter the code in BOI mobile app to retrieve the videos.
